Nickel Free Cooking

The intention of the author of this book is to give some scientific but also practical indications on the different forms of nickel allergy, which is a widespread affection in the world population (percentages varying between 9 and 13% of the population with a clear prevalence of the female gender). Two are forms in which nickel allergy is expressed:1. the classic contact dermatitis that occurs due to contact with the chin called contact dermatitis (DAC);2. the dietary form that affects the organism in general called: systemic nickel allergy syndrome (SNAS).The two forms of allergy can attack the patient both individually and in combination. Since this allergy is expressed not only by contact, but also by ingestion of substances containing high nickel content, the book is equipped with many tasty “nickel free” recipes and helps those who do not know which foods to take without risk .
